Post-Surgical Recovery Care

Post-Surgical Recovery & Specialized Care Expert, hands-on support for clients recovering from a wide range of procedures, including orthopedic and joint replacements, cosmetic & elective procedures. cardiac recovery,, and general geriatric surgeries. Our focus is on ensuring a safe, seamless transition from the operating room to the comfort of home.
Includes: mobility assistance, fall prevention, gait and positioning support, medication schedule reminders, post-surgical observation, wound and healing support, nutrition and hydration guidance, and ongoing safety monitoring.

Care Oversight & Coordination
$600 per month
As your professional healthcare coordinator we act as a dedicated liaison between doctors, nurses, hospice and therapists PT/OT to ensure every clinical order is followed with absolute continuity. By bridging the gap between medical instructions and daily reality, we provide the high-level oversight necessary to prevent errors and ensure your loved one’s care plan remains perfectly aligned
Overnight Care & Safety Monitoring
$550–$650 per night | 10 to 12-Hour Shifts
Dedicated supervision for clients who require nighttime support but do not need continuous medical intervention. This ensures the client remains safe and comfortable while the family rests.
Safety Monitoring: Immediate response to nighttime wandering or confusion.
Mobility & Toileting: Dignified assistance with repositioning and bathroom trips.
Medication & Comfort: Evening medication reminders and settling-in routines.
Continuity of Care: A detailed report of the night’s events provided to the daytime team and family.
Note: For clients requiring frequent or continuous (active) overnight support, care is billed at our standard hourly rates to ensure 1:1 awake supervision.

This allows our 25-year veteran RN to perform a comprehensive medical audit, a professional home safety review, and the creation of a Continuity Roadmap.
